Modern style Kitchen knives. The blades for these are all hand forged and flat ground from high carbon steel, with cocobolo handles and brass pins and bolsters. Blade thickness starts at around 2.5mm with a distal taper towards the tip. Though not generally required these can be accompanied by a leather sheath.
